This asks for your information, registration number, how you found the quality of our services, what we fitted and any other products you might be interested in. On completing the form fax it back to TAD 01923-779795 to be entered into the draw.
When received back, the Registration number and Dealership Name are logged - see the numbers rotating above to check that your number will be included in the next draw.
On the last Friday of every month a winning number will be picked and details displayed on this page.
